Opis

Le marché a pour objet la maintenance des pompes de relevage installées dans les bâtiments appartenant à la commune de Puteaux ainsi qu'au C.C.A.S. La description des prestations attendues et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées à l'article 3 du C.C.P. Le marché est un accord-cadre composite. Il est traité d'une part, à prix unitaires s'agissant des prestations de maintenance corrective figurant dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (B.P.U./ annexe 2), et d'autre part, à prix forfaitaires s'agissant des prestations de maintenance préventive figurant dans la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (D.P.G.F. / annexe 1). Compte tenu du nombre incertain d'interventions concernant la maintenance corrective à réaliser, le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, qui s'exécute à bons de commande, au sens des articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Les seuils de commande à intervenir, pour la totalité des prestations, sont les suivants : - Sans montant minimum annuel ; - Montant maximum annuel : 80 000,00 euros HT. Répartis de la façon suivante entre les membres du groupement de commandes : Ville de Puteaux : - Sans montant minimum annuel ; - Montant maximum annuel : 75 000,00 euros H.T. C.C.A.S. de Puteaux - Sans montant minimum annuel ; - Montant maximum annuel : 5 000,00 euros HT À titre estimatif, le pouvoir adjudicateur pourrait commander jusqu'à 50 000,00 euros H.T. de prestations par an (pour l'ensemble des prestations) pour la Ville de Puteaux et jusqu'à 2 500,00 euros HT de prestations par an (pour l'ensemble des prestations) pour le C.C.A.S. de Puteaux. Ces montants ne sont pas contractuels et pourraient être évolutifs.
