Opis

Mise en place d'un marché d’exploitation pour les installations de génie climatique des bâtiments du Département de Saône-et-Loire Ce marché comprendra les prestations suivantes : - P1 Energie : Fourniture de combustible nécessaire à la production de chauffage et d’ECS sous forme de marché : MTI - Marché Température avec intéressement MCI - Marché Compteur avec intéressement CP - Marché combustible prestation - P2 Maintenance : Prestations de conduite, maintenance, entretien et suivi des installations de génie thermique pour l’ensemble des sites et des matériels listés en annexe 1 du CCTP. - P3 Garantie Totale : Prestations de gros entretien et garantie totale des installations de génie thermique sur l’ensemble des sites. Le P3 sera du type GTR (garantie totale avec répartition). Il s’agit d’un marché d’exploitation et de maintenance, d’une durée de 5 ans à compter de la date de notification du marché avec possible reconduction de 1 fois pour une période de 3 ans, soit une durée totale maximale de 8 ans. La visite des sites n’est pas obligatoire mais recommandée, se référer aux stipulations de l'article 6.1 du règlement de la consultation.
