Opis

Le marché concerne la maintenance de l’ensemble des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC) d’ARTE GEIE, situe 4 quai du Chanoine Winterer à Strasbourg, de son bâtiment annexe l’Octroi et de son site situé Hafenstraße 3, 77694 Kehl (Allemagne). Les installations de CVC à maintenir concernent : 1. Le site à Strasbourg, comprenant : - espaces de bureaux (environ 6 000 m²), ­ des salles de montage, des régies et des locaux techniques avec des impératifs de continuité de service très élèves, ainsi que des conditions d’intervention strictes pour assurer la sécurité des équipements très sensibles du processus audiovisuel (environ 6 000 m²), 2. Un bâtiment annexe dénommé « Octroi », comprenant : ­ des espaces de bureaux (environ 90 m²), ­ une petite salle technique. 3. Un site à Kehl, comprenant des locaux techniques, hautement sensibles (environ 140 m²). Le marché porte sur les prestations suivantes : ­ maintenance préventive, ­ maintenance curative sur les installations CVC (avec astreinte 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, avec un délai d’intervention de 30 minutes), ­ travaux divers ­ gestion du stock de consommables et de pièces détachées, ­ fourniture de pièces détachées, ­ mise en place d’un outil de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur, maintenance curative et travaux sur les installations sanitaires.
