Opis

Le marché concerne la mise en place d’un contrat de fourniture et de service. Il est composé, de la fourniture de combustible nécessaire au chauffage, et à la production de l’eau chaude sanitaire, de prestations de conduite et d’entretien, de prestations de garantie totale et de renouvellements de matériel. - La prestation forfaitaire de fourniture de combustible ou de chaleur, nécessaire au chauffage, avec un intéressement sur les économies d’énergie (prestation P1 MTI). - La prestation unitaire de fourniture de combustible nécessaire à la production ECS traitée (Prestation P1/2). - La prestation forfaitaire de conduite et d’entretien des installations de distribution de chaleur, des installations de traitement d’air, des installations de distribution ECS et des installations de traitement d’eau (Prestation P2). - Les prestations forfaitaires de surveillance et de contrôle nécessaires au suivi des installations de production, de distribution ECS (Prestation P2). - Les prestations forfaitaires de garantie totale des installations avec répartition (Prestation P3/2 GTR) composée des prestations P3/1 : réparation et remise en état et P3/2 renouvellement de matériel. - Prestation de remplacement de matériel soumis à validation de l’acheteur selon le BPU. Poste P5 - Montant maximum annuel : 10 000,00 € HT. PSE : installation au titre du P3/2 d’une unité de climatisation dans chaque salon (soit quatre unités).
