Opis
Le présent marché concerne la conduite, la surveillance et l'entretien des installations de chauffage, de ventilation, de production d'ECS et climatisation, avec garantie totale des installations des bâtiments de la Commune, CCAS et RPA de CLAIX.
Il comporte les prestations suivantes : - La prestation forfaitaire de conduite, de surveillance et d’entretien courant (Poste P2) des installations de production et de distribution de chauffage et d’eau chaude sanitaire (P2/1), de ventilation et de climatisation (P2/2), y compris les visites et contrôles réglementaires des installations techniques confiées, - La prestation forfaitaire de garantie totale avec clause de répartition en fin de contrat, des installations reprises en annexe du présent CCTP (Poste P3)
