Opis

Exploitation maintenance des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (PF et PFI) Le présent marché a pour objet de confier au titulaire l'exploitation, la maintenance et les travaux de renouvellement des installations de chauffage, d'eau chaude sanitaire (ECS), de ventilation, de traitement d'air, de traitement d'eau et, le cas échéant, de climatisation des bâtiments de GPSO. Le présent marché est de type PFI - « Prestation - Forfait - Intéressement ». Il comprend les prestations : • P2 - Maintenance et entretien courant ; • P3 - Gros entretien et renouvellement avec garantie totale ; • P5 - Travaux d'améliorations Le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire traité à prix mixtes : • Il est à prix forfaitaire pour les prestations P2 (Maintenance et petit entretien), P3 et P3R (Garantie totale incluant le gros entretien et renouvellement des équipements). • Il est à prix unitaires exécutés au moyen de bons de commande pour les prestations complémentaires aux prestations P2 et P3 nécessaires à l'exécution du marché et les prestations P5 (Travaux d'amélioration). Cette part du marché est conclue, sans minimum, pour un montant maximum annuel de 1 500 000 Euros HT sur toute la durée du marché.
