Opis

Le présent marché constitue un lot unique relatif à la maintenance des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC) pour les sites de la Ville d’Épernay, du C.C.A.S d’Épernay et de la Communauté d’Agglomération Épernay, Coteaux et Plaines de Champagne, couvrant les secteurs d’Épernay et de Blancs-Coteaux. Il concerne l’exploitation, la conduite, la surveillance, l’entretien préventif et curatif, le maintien en bon état de fonctionnement ainsi que l’optimisation des performances énergétiques des installations suivantes : • les installations de chauffage • les installations de production et de distribution d’eau chaude sanitaire (ECS) • les installations de traitement d’eau • les installations de ventilation et de traitement d’air • les installations de climatisation et de production de froid. Les prestations incluent également la mise en œuvre de mesures d’optimisation énergétique visant à améliorer l’efficacité des installations, à réduire les consommations d’énergie, à limiter les émissions associées et à garantir le maintien des niveaux de confort et de qualité de service requis. Les prestations, objet de ce marché, sont les suivantes : Les prestations de type P2 : Conduite de l'installation et travaux de petit entretien ; Les prestations de type P3 : Gros Entretien et Renouvellement (GER) des matériels.
