Opis

Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'infogérance globale du système d'information de la Société Publique Locale Chambley-Madine. Ces prestations comprennent notamment : * L'exploitation, l'administration et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) et de sécurité (MCS) du système d'information ; * Le support aux utilisateurs (N1, N2, N3) ; * La gestion, l'évolution et la sécurisation des infrastructures réseaux, systèmes et téléphonie ; * La mise en oeuvre des actions correctives issues de l'audit du système d'information réalisé préalablement ; * L'accompagnement stratégique et opérationnel de la SPL dans la gouvernance de son système d'information. Le périmètre détaillé des prestations est défi ni dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Le titulaire s'engage à assurer une continuité de service optimale, à garantir la sécurité des systèmes et des données, et à proposer une démarche d'amélioration continue
