Opis

Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bon de commande (principalement) et à marchés subséquent. L'accord-cadre projeté est lancé pour le compte du groupement de commandes composé de CITALLIOS (coordonnateur), CITALLIA et CITALLIOS PROMOTION. Les prestations, réparties en trois (3) blocs, sont les suivantes : BLOC 1 - DIAGNOSTIC ARTISTIQUE DE L'OPÉRATION ET DE SON TERRITOIRE - Analyse du contexte territorial et culturel - Identification et cartographie des ressources artistiques locales - Élaboration de la stratégie artistique de l'opération BLOC 2 - ACCOMPAGNEMENT ARTISTIQUE DES INTERVENTIONS OPÉRATIONNELLES - Conception et réalisation de palissades de chantier artistiques - Conception et réalisation d'une fresque ou d'une intervention graphique in situ - Conception et mise en oeuvre d'une installation artistique éphémère ou temporaire - Conception et animation d'un atelier participatif à dimension artistique (demi-journée) - Conception et animation d'un atelier participatif à dimension artistique (journée) - Conception et mise en oeuvre d'une action artistique autour d'une démolition ou d'une transformation urbaine - Conception et mise en oeuvre d'un dispositif de concertation à dimension artistique - Conception de supports de communication à dimension artistique BLOC 3 - AMO DANS LA CONCEPTION D'oeUVRES D'ART PÉRENNES - Assistance à la définition du programme artistique - Assistance à l'organisation du processus de sélection des artistes - Structuration du financement de l'oeuvre - Suivi de la conception et accompagnement jusqu'à l'installation Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, sans montant minimum, avec un montant maximum de 1 200 000 euros HT sur la durée totale du marché, soit quatre (4) ans au maximum. Les bons de commande et les éventuels marchés subséquents sont attribués après remise en concurrence
