Le présent marché concerne le déploiement (acquisition, mise en oeuvre et maintenance) d'une solution logicielle de Gestion de la Relation Client dans le système d'information existant de Centrale Lyon. La prestation attendue comprend : → Prestation initiale concernant la taxe d'apprentissage : - L'acquisition de la solution logicielle de gestion de la relation client ; - La mise en oeuvre dont paramétrage et l'intégration dans le Système d'Information existant - Le déploiement auprès des utilisateurs via un plan de formation ; - La tierce maintenance applicative (dont maintenance corrective et préventive) pendant 4 années (reconductible 3 fois 3 ans) → Prestations complémentaires : pour la mise en oeuvre d'autres fonctionnalités métiers (Formation Continue, Mécénat, Relations Entreprises (sauf taxe d'apprentissage prévue en prestation initiale), Relations Internationales et Valorisation de la Recherche...) nécessitant une définition sur-mesure des prestations futures à réaliser. Elles feront l'objet de marchés-subséquents.
