Opis

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. La présente consultation concerne les prestations de maitrise d'oeuvre pour la rénovation énergétique et mises aux normes de 9 chaufferies du patrimoine de la Ville de Vannes. Le maître d'oeuvre retenu aura pour mission de concevoir, planifier et piloter la réalisation des travaux de rénovations des installations thermiques dans les ensembles immobiliers concernés, depuis les études préalables jusqu'à la réception des travaux et le suivi de la période de garantie. Il s'agit d'une mission complète de maîtrise d'oeuvre comprenant les phases d'études AVP (DIAG) et PRO, l'assistance à la consultation des entreprises, ainsi que les missions de suivi d'exécution VISA et DET, et d'AOR jusqu'à la fin de la garantie de parfait achèvement
