Zamawiajacy poszukuje uslug wspomagania inwestora (AMO) do nadzorowania realizacji i integracji dziel sztuki na linii C i CLB metra w Tuluzie we Francji. Prace zostana powierzone wykonawcom na podstawie umow. Uslugi obejmuja przeksztalcenie projektow artystycznych w dokumentacje techniczna, wsparcie przy zapytaniach i wyborze firm, integracje kazdego dziela w trwajacej budowie, koordynacje uczestnikow, monitorowanie realizacji do odbioru oraz zarzadzanie okresem gwarancji. Kontrakt obejmuje czesc solidna obejmujaca 13 umow projektowo-budowlanych i 19 dziel na linii C oraz 9 czesci opcjonalnych.

Opis

L'objet de la présente consultation concerne une mission d'Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (AMO) pour le pilotage de l'opération des travaux de réalisation d'oeuvres d'art sur la ligne C et la CLB du métro qui sont fortement interfacées et interdépendantes des projets des stations. Ces travaux de réalisation d'oeuvres d'art seront confiés à des prestataires via des marchés. Les missions d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage concernent les oeuvres conçues par les artistes sont notamment les suivantes : - La traduction de projet artistique d'oeuvres d'art en élaboration de dossier technique ; - L'assistance à la consultation et au choix des entreprises de travaux (marchés de gré à gré, marchés de Conception Réalisation…) - L'assistance à l'intégration de chaque oeuvre dans un chantier en cours ; - La coordination entre les intervenants en lien avec la réalisation de chaque oeuvre ; - Le suivi de réalisation et jusqu'à la réception des travaux de réalisation de l'oeuvre, y compris la gestion de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement. Le Marché comprend les tranches suivantes : - une Tranche Ferme, composée comme suit de : L'assistance à la consultation et la passation des marchés de travaux liés à la réalisation de 13 oeuvres d'art (marchés de Conception Réalisation) ; L'assistance au Maitre d'Ouvrage en phase réalisation pour les oeuvres de la ligne C, soit 19 oeuvres. - 9 Tranches Optionnelles : Tranche Optionnelle 1 - Station PONTS JUMEAUX Assistance à la mise au point et signature du contrat de réalisation avec artiste réalisant son oeuvre. Tranche Optionnelle 2 - Station LA VACHE GARE-LE GRAND MARCHE Assistance à la mise au point et signature du contrat de réalisation avec artiste réalisant son oeuvre. Tranche Optionnelle 3 - Station LYCEE TOULOUSE-LAUTREC Assistance à la mise au point et signature du contrat de réalisation avec artiste réalisant son oeuvre. Tranche Optionnelle 4 - Station RAISIN Assistance à la mise au point et signature du contrat de réalisation avec artiste réalisant son oeuvre. Tranche Optionnelle 5 - Station COTE PAVEE Assistance à la mise au point et signature du contrat de réalisation avec artiste réalisant son oeuvre. Tranche Optionnelle 6 - Station ORMEAU Assistance à la mise au point et signature du contrat de réalisation avec artiste réalisant son oeuvre. Tranche Optionnelle 7 - Station FONTAINE LUMINEUSE Consultation et passation du marché pour la création, la conception, et la réalisation de l'oeuvre - Suivi des travaux de réalisation de l'oeuvre. Tranche Optionnelle 8 - Phase réalisation oeuvre station PARC TECHNOLOGIQUE DU CANAL (CLB) L'assistance au Maitre d'Ouvrage en phase réalisation de l'oeuvre d'art de la station Parc Technologique du Canal (PTC) de la CLB. Tranche Optionnelle 9 - Phase réalisation oeuvre station LABEGE MADRON (CLB) L'assistance au Maitre d'Ouvrage en phase réalisation de l'oeuvre d'art de la station LABEGE MADRON (LMA) de la CLB. La date du 21/12/2026 indiquée pour le démarrage des prestations est une date prévisionnelle
