Opis

Cette restructuration consiste en : - Restructuration intégrale des bâtiments existants (sauf bâtiment atelier) y compris les logements intégrés au collège ; - Construction d'un bâtiment pour rendre l'établissement plus fonctionnel, ce bâtiment visera un niveau de performance RE2020 ; - La rénovation thermique des bâtiments existants pour atteindre l'objectif du décret tertiaire à l'horizon 2050 (Cep < Cep ref - 60%.) ; - Le désamiantage de tout l'établissement ; - La végétalisation et désimperméabilisation des sols de la cour ; - L'aménagement et le traitement paysager des espaces extérieurs (sécurisation des flux, accès parking, reprise des clôtures) ; - Démolition et reconstruction du préau et des abris à vélos ; - Installation de panneaux photovoltaïques (étude jusqu'à la phase APD et tranche optionnelle à partir de la phase PRO). La restructuration se fera en site occupé (installation de modulaires pendant la période des travaux à prévoir). Certains travaux ne pourront avoir lieu qu'en période de vacances scolaires. La réception des ouvrages interviendra impérativement pour la rentrée de septembre 2030. L'opération intégrera également un taux minimal de matériaux biosourcés correspondant au 1er niveau du label bâtiment biosourcé et une charte chantier propre avec une valorisation (dont réemploi) de 70% des déchets en masse, cela concerne uniquement la partie neuve (extension du bâtiment). L'atteinte des seuils de performance des CEE sera visée pour le bâti et pour les équipements techniques
