Opis

L'Acheteur agit en tant que coordonnateur d'un groupement de commandes dont les membres sont les suivants : - Colmar Agglomération ; - Commune de Colmar. Le Coordonnateur du groupement de commande (Colmar Agglomération) se chargera de l'intégralité des tâches relatives à la passation et à la notification du marché, ainsi que des éventuelles modifications de marché postérieures à la notification. Chaque adhérent membre du groupement s'assurera ensuite de la bonne exécution administrative et financière pour la partie qui le concerne. La consultation est allotie comme tel : - Lot 1 Prestations de fauchage - Lot 2 Prestations d'entretien d'espaces verts - Lot 3 Mise en sécurité du patrimoine arboré Accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de commande de 300 000,00 euro(s) HT réparti comme tel : - 100 000,00 euro(s) HT pour Colmar Agglomération ; - 200 000,00 euro(s) HT pour la Ville de Colmar ; en application des articles L2125 - 1 ; R2161 - 1 à 6 et R2161 - 13 et 14 du Code de la Commande Publique; Accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de commande avec un montant maximum annuel de commande de 750 000,00 euro(s) HT réparti comme tel : - 100 000,00 euro(s) HT pour Colmar Agglomération ; - 650 000,00 euro(s) HT pour la Ville de Colmar ; en application des articles L2125 - 1 ; R2161 - 1 à 6 et R2161 - 13 et 14 du Code de la Commande Publique; Accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de commande de 550 000,00 euro(s) HT réparti comme tel : - 30 000,00 euro(s) HT pour Colmar Agglomération ; -520 000,00 euro(s) HT pour la Ville de Colmar ; en application des articles L2125 - 1 ; R2161 - 1 à 6 et R2161 - 13 et 14 du Code de la Commande Publique
