La présente consultation concerne des prestations d’exploitation et de maintenance “Chauffage Ventilation Climatisation” (CVC) telles que décrites dans le pièces contractuelles. Les installations concernées sont réparties sur plusieurs sites. Les prestations font l’objet d’un marché mixte comprenant une partie à prix forfaitaire, et une partie à prix unitaire pour les prestations à bons de commande. Les prestations traitées à prix forfaitaire correspondent aux prestations de maintenance préventive de type P2. Les prestations traitées à prix unitaires et réalisées sur bons de commande concernent principalement la maintenance de type P5 (qui comporte des travaux hors forfait). La présente consultation concerne des prestations d’exploitation et de maintenance “Chauffage Ventilation Climatisation” (CVC) telles que décrites dans le pièces contractuelles. Les installations confiées au titre du marché sont : des installations de production et de distribution de chaleur, des installations de production et de distribution d’ECS, des installations de GTC ainsi que les installations de télétransmission et téléalarme, des pompes de relevage en chaufferie, des installations de traitement d’eau dans leur ensemble, des installations de ventilation (VMC) et de traitement d’air dans leur ensemble y compris en cuisine, des installations de climatisation, des installations de production et de distribution d’eau glacée. Les installations concernées sont réparties sur plusieurs sites. Les prestations font l’objet d’un marché mixte comprenant une partie à prix forfaitaire, et une partie à prix unitaire pour les prestations à bons de commande.
