Opis

Le projet vise à concevoir une infrastructure serveur fiable, sécurisée et évolutive afin de répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs du SMDEA09. Le candidat recherché aura en charge : - La fourniture des équipements : serveurs, équipements réseau - Le paramétrage - La conception de la solution et le maquettage - Le maintien en condition de sécurité des solutions (mise à jour) - La mise en oeuvre de solution de sécurité - La refonte de l'AD La procédure est décomposée en 2 phases (voir règlement de la consultation) : - Phase candidature - Sélection des candidatures sur la base des critères suivants (Détail voir règlement de la consultation) : ¤ 45 % : Références candidat et missions similaires réalisées ¤ 30 % : Capacité professionnelle (compétences, organisation et moyens) ¤ 15 % : Démarche qualité (certifications et indicateurs proposés) ¤ 10 % : Compréhension des enjeux vis-à-vis de la directive NIS 2 pour le SMDEA A l'issue de cette 1ère phase une liste des 5 meilleures candidats admis au second tour sera établie - voir règlement de la consultation. Note éliminatoire : note inférieure à 60/100 - Phase offre (Négociation avec les candidats ayant remis une offre et ce pour chaque lot) Accord-cadre à bons de commande de 2 ans reconductible 2 fois par période d'1 an, et ce pour chaque lot (Durée maximale = 4 ans). Le calendrier de déploiement envisagé par le SMEDA09 est le suivant : - Attribution du marché à la fin du premier semestre 2025 - Déploiement de l'infrastructure et mise en place de la sécurisation de juillet 2025 au premier trimestre 2026 - Migration de l'infrastructure de secours vers le Datacenter départemental à horizon premier semestre 2027 voir article "Description" du présent avis et articles du règlement de la consultation
