Opis

Les prestations concernent : 1) la fourniture du matériel, 2) la livraison du matériel au lieu mentionné lors de la commande (livraison franco de port), 3) la fourniture de la documentation technique des matériels, logiciels, systèmes et utilitaires, en langue française, 4) la maintenance des logiciels, systèmes et utilitaires propres à l'achat de ces matériels, 5) la garantie du matériel, 6) l'installation des matériels (occasionnel). Le marché sera conclu sous la forme d’un accord-cadre multi-attributaire avec trois (3) attributaires au maximum, à bons de commande, sans seuil minimum mais avec seuil maximum annuel, en application des articles R. 2162-2 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique Les candidats sont invités à se reporter au dossier de consultation des entreprises (DCE) pour obtenir des informations détaillées.
