Il est procédé à la présente publicité en application de l'article L. 2122-1-1 du CG3P. Les opérateurs intéressés sont invités à se manifester par écrit, à l'adresse électronique mentionnée ci-dessous, au plus tard à la date limite indiquée. La proposition des candidats devra être rédigée en langue française (ou accompagnée d'une traduction) et comporter les éléments indiqués ci-dessous (« dossier de candidature »). Les manifestations d'intérêt reçues à la date indiquée ci-dessous seront étudiées et validées par la société concessionnaire d'autoroutes en fonction de la faisabilité technique des projets, et leur adéquation aux grandes règles de gestion du DPAC. Dans l'hypothèse où plusieurs opérateurs se manifesteraient, à la suite de la publication du présent avis, la société concessionnaire d'autoroutes fondera son choix sur les éléments suivants (sans ordre de priorité et sans pondération) : La qualité du projet ; La mise en oeuvre d'une démarche de développement durable ; La viabilité économique du projet ; Le montant proposé de la redevance. Dossier de candidature : Le(s) lot(s) pour le(s)quels(s) l'opérateur remet un dossier ; L'expérience du candidat sur des projets similaires ; La capacité financière du candidat ; L'organisation du candidat ; Attestation d'assurance responsabilité civile, d'exploitation et professionnelle en cours de validité ; Extrait KBIS de moins de trois mois. Ces éléments seront à renvoyer au plus tard le 9 septembre à 12h l'adresse mail suivante : contact@sptf.fr
