Opis

La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande composite mono-attributaire. Le présent marché se décompose comme il suit : - la partie principale est forfaitaire et s'exécute selon 5 phases au moyen d'ordres de services ; - l'autre partie correspond à des prestations ponctuelles aux quantités non déterminées et en lien avec les phases de la partie forfaitaire du marché, qui s'exécutent au moyen de bons de commande sous la forme de prix unitaires. Le montant maximum de ces prestations à bons de commande est fixé à 44 800 € HT. La partie forfaitaire correspond à l'ensemble des éléments détaillés par phase dans la DPGF. La partie à prix unitaires correspond aux prestations énumérées au BPU. Phasage du marché : - Phase 1 : audit de l’état actuel ; - Phase 2 : Modélisation hydraulique et analyse du fonctionnement actuel et futur; - Phase 3 : Définition d’une stratégie de gestion patrimoniale ; - Phase 4 : élaboration du PGSSE ; - Phase 5 : élaboration d’un programme d’actions à horizon 10 ans.
