Opis

Le présent accord­ cadre a pour objet l’accompagnement des établissements adhérents de UniHA dans la mise en œuvre d’un Marché global de Performance en efficacité énergétique portant exclusivement sur les systèmes techniques et les performances associées, notamment : systèmes d’éclairage, systèmes CVC, installations de régulation/GTB, équipements électromécaniques liés aux consommations énergétiques. Sont expressément exclus du marché et de la mission d’AMO : les travaux de construction neuve, les travaux de rénovation lourde de bâtiment, les opérations de réhabilitation architecturale ou structurelle des bâtiments. Le marché porte uniquement sur l’optimisation, la maintenance, l’exploitation et l’amélioration de performance des systèmes existants ou remplacés dans le cadre du MGP. Mission d’assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage pour l’élaboration, la passation et le suivi d’un MGP.
