Opis
The University of Cumbria are seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and remedial works associated with fire and smoke dampers across the University estate for a 3 year period. The University operates a diverse portfolio of buildings including teaching, research, laboratory, residential, heritage, and high-occupancy premises. The successful Contractor will work in live environments where business continuity, student safety, and statutory compliance are critical.
