Ein hoher Automatisierungsgrad, eine gut dokumentierte API sowie ein ISO-27001-Zertifikat sind zwingend erforderlich. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Implementierung eines leistungsfähigen Nominierungssystems, das sich nahtlos in die IT-Landschaft des Handelsbereichs integriert. Das Nominierungssystem muss in der Lage sein, über eine API oder einen Webservice mit den umgebenden Systemen in der Trading-IT-Landschaft zu kommunizieren. Zur Einhaltung der Business Continuity Management Strategy wird eine cloudbasierte Lösung vorausgesetzt. Es wird erwartet, dass die IT-Komponenten stets aktuell gehalten werden und sicherheitskritische IT-Schwachstellen zeitnah behoben werden.
