Project: P504999 - Delivering Resilient Infrastructure in Vulnerable Environments in Ukraine Project Financing: World Bank GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE UKRAINE DELIVERING RESILIENT INFRASTRUCTURE IN VULNERABLE ENVIRONMENTS IN UKRAINE PROJECT TRANSPORT SECTOR GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Loan No. 9807-UA / Grant No. TF0C7802 / Credit No. 7748-UA Project ID No. P504999 Ukraine has received financing in the amount of US$ 431,750 000,00 equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the Delivering Resilient Infrastructure in Vulnerable Environments in Ukraine Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project. The Project Implementing Agency is the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine (the “Agency for Restoration”). The Project will include the following components: Component 1. National road network routine preservation Investments for national roads Reforms for national roads and road-based transport Component 2. National road network periodic preservation in Installation of emergency modular road bridges Climate-smart Preservation of key road network links Component 3. Technical assistance and Project management Technical assistance and projects designs Project Management Part of the proceeds of the above financing will be used for procurement of the following: Non-Consulting Services: Services for installation of 4 modular bridge structures. Civil Works: Reconstruction and capital repair of public road of national importance М-07 Kyiv-Kovel-Yahodyn within Volyn region. Consulting Services: Multiple contracts for technical supervision of works/services, development of design documentation for construction, reconstruction and capital repair of public roads, training, etc. Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023) (Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations. After project negotiations, the World Bank shall arrange the publication on its external website of the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates once it has provided a No Objection. Ukraine’s national e-procurement system ProZorro will be used for procurement of goods, works and non-consulting services using national and international market approach.
