The Government of Kosovo (GoK) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Real Estate Cadastre & Geospatial Infrastructure Project (REGIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract of services for “Cadastre Reconstruction in 24 C.Z. in the municipalities Gjilan, Hani i Elezit, Kaçanik, Kamenicë, Kllokot, Parteshë, Ranillug and Viti” 2. The Kosovo Cadastral Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for geodetic and cadastral works “Cadastre Reconstruction in 24 C.Z. in the municipalities Gjilan, Hani i Elezit, Kaçanik, Kamenicë, Kllokot, Parteshë, Ranillug and Viti” 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -” issued on February 2025( Sixth Edition) (“Procurement Regulations”) which can be found at the following website: www.worldbank.org and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 60 % and for Bid cost: 40%. 5.
