Opis

Dans le cadre de la reconstruction/rénovation du centre-ville post-inondation et notamment des projets inclus dans le portefeuille soumis aux appels FEDER 21-27, un projet d’alimentation en froid et en chaud des bâtiments par de la géothermie ouverte a été proposé. Au centre de ce projet se trouve la rénovation énergétique de l’ancien Grand Bazar situé rue Crapaurue et sa transformation en Cité administrative. L’installation d’un système géothermique ouvert en hyper centre (densité des impétrants importante) afin d’alimenter en énergie le bâtiment rénové constitue un exemple d’innovation et d’adaptation de la Ville de Verviers. Un premier marché d’étude exploratoire, mettant en œuvre un forage en 6" jusqu’à 177m, a débouché sur l’installation d’un piézomètre (Pz1) et a permis d’identifier un potentiel suffisant atteignant un minimum de 18 m³/h (limite de l’ouvrage) et estimé entre 30-40m³/h. Le rapport et tous les résultats de cette étude préalable sont annexés au présent cahier des charges. Les mesures prises au Pz1 entre la date du rapport final et la rédaction des offres sont disponibles auprès du pouvoir adjudicateur.
