Opis

Le présent marché a pour objet la prestation de services de support et de consultance spécialisée dans l’outil « Call Center » de Microsoft, dont la mission sera d’assister les équipes du Forem à mener à bien l'intégration et l’exploitation de la solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center au sein de l’Office, hébergée en mode SaaS dans le Cloud Azure de Microsoft, et ce dans le cadre du déploiement de la solution Microsoft Dynamics 365. Le marché permettra de couvrir l’ensemble des besoins du Forem en la matière, à savoir : - L’intégration et la mise en œuvre de la solution (setup) pour deux services Forem spécifiques, à savoir le Centre de contact et le Service contrôle ; - Les formations de base à destination des administrateurs, superviseurs et collaborateurs ; - Le support technique annuel ; - Les prestations de consultance en régie. Le marché comprend plusieurs postes/sous-postes ayant pour objet : * Poste 1 : Mise en œuvre du logiciel (setup) * Poste 2 : Formation de base - Sous-poste 2.1 : Formation technique « Administrateurs » - Sous-poste 2.2 : Formation « Superviseurs » - Sous-poste 2.3 : Formation « Collaborateurs » * Poste 3 : Support technique annuel * Poste 4 : Consultance en régie - Sous-poste 4.1 : Profil Chef de projet - Sous-poste 4.2 : Profil Analyste/ Architecte - Sous-poste 4.3 : Profil Développeur
