Opis

Le présent marché implique la mise en place d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire concernant des prestations de services de gardiennage et de sécurité pour les diverses organisations et manifestations de la Ville de Fourmies. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre de service. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée d'un (1) an à compter du 1er juin 2026. L'accord-cadre pourra être reconduit tacitement deux (2) fois un an, sans pouvoir dépasser (3) trois ans. A l'exclusion de toute intervention relevant du pouvoir de police, il s'agit d'un service de gardiennage et de sécurité pour les différentes manifestions organisées ou co-organisées par la Ville de Fourmies, dans le respect des lois et règlements applicables à la profession. Le détail des missions est indiqué au CCTP. Plusieurs services différents de la Commune seront amenés à consulter le prestataire en fonction du type de manifestations. A cet effet, chaque service délivrera un bon de commande propre au service. Le montant minimum de commande est de 25 000.00 EUR HT/AN. Le montant maximum de commande est fixé à 60 000.00 EUR HT/AN.
