Descrizione

Beschaffung des Workflow- und Automatisierungstools Nintex Automation K2 oder eine vergleichbare Lösung für die Sharepoint SE der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft. Die Anforderungen zur Vergleichbarkeit sind in Anlage A.1 Leistungsbeschreibung detailliert beschrieben. Es ist beabsichtigt, ein neues Workflow- und Automatisierungstool für die SharePoint SE der MGP zu beschaffen. Als Ersatzlösung des bestehenden Nintex Workflow & Forms Tools wird eine Software mit dem Funktions- und Serviceumfang wie Nintex Automation K2 oder eine vergleichbare* OnPremise-Lösung mit kombinierten Einsatz mit SharePoint SE, M365 und weiteren Anwendungen gesucht. Zusätzlich muss ein Softwaretool enthalten sein, dass den Migrationsaufwand von Nintex Workflow in das neue System messbar durch Übertragung der Workflow-Struktur reduziert. Die Migration der Workflows ist nicht Teil dieser Vergabe. *als vergleichbar angesehen wird eine Leistung, die folgende Anforderungen erfüllt: • Vollständige On-Premise-Bereitstellung • Windows-native Low-Code-Prozessautomatisierung • Wiederverwendbare, virtualisierte Datenobjekte zur Abstraktion heterogener Systeme • Browserbasierte Formularentwicklung ohne lokale Installation für Workflows und Formulare • Tiefe Integration in Microsoft-Technologien und SharePoint Server • Ein erweiterbares .NET-Service-Broker-Modell • Migrationsunterstützung durch ein Migrationstools zur Übertragung der Workflow-Struktur aus Nintex Workflow in das neue System Detaillierte Angaben zum Leistungsumfang siehe Anlage A.1 Leistungsbeschreibung und Anlage A.2 Kriterienkatalog.
