Overview Transport for Wales (TfW) is undertaking a market engagement exercise to invite expressions of interest from organisations wishing to participate in the TfW Public Transport Summit 2027 Taking place on: Date: 16-17 June 2027 Venue: Swansea Arena This notice is issued to ensure an open, fair and transparent approach to engaging the transport market and wider stakeholders. This is not a procurement exercise and does not constitute a call for competition. It is a pre-market engagement activity only, intended to inform event planning and gauge interest in participation. 2. Background Following the success of the inaugural Public Transport Summit held in Wrexham, Transport for Wales is pleased to confirm that the Summit will return in June 2027. The Summit will bring together transport leaders, policymakers, industry experts, and stakeholders to engage in strategic discussions on the future of public transport across Wales and the Borders. The Summit provides a platform to build on this momentum and support future investment, integration and innovation across the network. 3.
