Description
The study will consist of the three following tasks:
• Task 1: a quantitative assessment of the respective evolution of the market positions of Ukrainian and EU hauliers;
• Task 2: an evaluation of the causes of the evolution of the market positions of Ukrainian and EU hauliers potentially identified under Task 1, including specifically an analysis as to whether this evolution is the consequence of the impact of the Agreement on the road transport industry or underlying economic trends and/or other market developments;
• Task 3: the identification of possible remedies to any negative impact possibly identified under Task 2.
