Description

The main purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to appoint a consultant for the provision of services to support the development of a heat network appraisal, procurement and deployment approach in more rural parts of Scotland. This is a joint project between the Scottish Borders Council (SBC), Dumfries and Galloway Council (DGC) and South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE), with support from the Scottish Government’s Heat Network Support Unit (HNSU). n/a NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Public Contracts Scotland Web Site at https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=844149.
