Le Sherman Theatre recherche un prestataire qualifie pour remplacer un groupe froid en panne situe sur le toit du theatre, element central du systeme de traitement d'air du batiment. Les travaux comprennent la mise hors service, le retrait et l'elimination de l'unite existante, l'installation du nouvel unite raccorde aux canalisations de refroidissement existantes alimentant les centrales de traitement d'air un et deux, et la mise en service. Compte tenu de l'emplacement, le prestataire devra fournir et exploiter un equipement d'acces specialise. Le contrat se termine au plus tard le lundi 8 fevrier 2027. Description

Sherman Theatre is looking for a suitably qualified contractor to replace a failed chiller unit, situated in the theatre’s roof compound and forming a core part of the building’s Air Handling System. Included as part of the tender is: • the decommissioning, removal and disposal of the existing unit • siting of new unit (piping to the existing cooling pipework in the building, supplying Air Handling Unit one and two, and connecting / commissioning). • Provision of BMS engineer to test the operation of the cooling system and setting up the temperature control of the existing buffer vessel in the roof plant room. • Due to the location of the chiller unit the contractor will be required to supply and operate the specialist equipment needed for access and completion of work.
