Description

Hanover Housing Association is seeking to engage the market prior to a formal procurement for an HR and People Systems platform. The procurement may encompass Core HR, Payroll, Learning Management, Applicant Tracking and associated modules, either as a single integrated solution or a combination of products. This notice invites supplier engagement to inform the scope and structure of the forthcoming procurement. Suppliers are invited to provide non-binding information on -Organisation overview - 250 words max -Proposed solution(s) aligned with the functional areas described in Section II.2.4, indicating clearly which modules are available natively, which are delivered through additional modules or third-party products, and your recommended approach for an organisation of Hanover's size and complexity - 2000 words max -Reference sites and case studies - a minimum of two examples of comparable implementations, preferably within housing, social care or the wider public sector, from the last three years. Examples should include evidence of how the solution has supported change in working practices and delivered measurable efficiencies -Indicative costs - covering implementation, licensing and ongoing support across the full scope of modules proposed. Please indicate your cost structure (e.g. per user, per module, per site) and provide figures in Excel format -Implementation approach - given the firm Core HR go-live deadline of 31 October 2026, suppliers should set out their proposed implementation timeline and confirm their capacity to meet this date - 250 words max Demonstrations Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to participate in a structured demonstration programme scheduled between 27/04/2026 and 08/05/2026 . Demonstrations will not be general product overviews - suppliers will be required to respond to specific scenarios covering each of the functional areas described in this notice. Scenario packs will be provided to shortlisted suppliers in advance. Suppliers should confirm their availability for this process as part of their response.
