Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na odbiorze i zagospodarowaniu wskazanych w opisie zamówienia odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy (nieruchomości niezamieszkałe, firmy, rodzinne ogrody działkowe, instytucje, cmentarze, nie są objęte przedmiotem zamówienia) oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych zlokalizowanego w Kocmyrzowie, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, zapisami Wojewódzkiego Planu Gospodarki Odpadami. Bardziej szczegółowy opis przedm. zam. przedstawia SWZ, w szczególności zał.nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. Zamówienie dotyczy realizacji usługi o nieskomplikowanym charakterze polegającej głównie na odbiorze śmieci z nieruchomości znajdujących się na terenie gminy oraz PSZOK. Podział zamówienia na części z punktu widzenia organizacji pracy Zamawiającego w szczególności w zakresie kontroli oraz utrzymania jednego poziomu jakości w wykonywania usługi jest nieuzasadniony.
