Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych w Józefowie Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie bezpośrednio sprzed posesji, transport do instalacji oraz zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych w Józefowie, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu i przygotowania do ponownego użycia odpadów komunalnych, zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2025r. poz. 733 z późn. zm.), ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (Dz. U. 2023r. poz. 1587 z późn. zm.) oraz obowiązującymi na terenie Miasta Józefowa uchwałami w sprawie regulaminu utrzymania czystości i porządku oraz w sprawie szczegółowego sposobu i zakresu świadczenia usług w zakresie odbierania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości i zagospodarowania tych odpadów. W ramach zadania Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie również do odbioru i zagospodarowania przeterminowanych leków z aptek zlokalizowanych w Józefowie.
