Description
1. Przedmiotem Umowy jest zakup oprogramowania do komunikacji i integracji z istniejącymi rozwiązaniami w zakresie łączności posiadanymi przez Zamawiającego zgodnie z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwanym dalej „OPZ”, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do Umowy. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia określony w ust. 1, należy zrealizować zgodnie projektem Umowy, w tym OPZ. 3. W ramach realizacji zamówienia Wykonawca dostarczy licencje wieczyste (bezterminowe) na następujące oprogramowanie serwerowe firmy Microsoft: 1)Exchange Server Standard Single License/Software Assurance Pack Open Value No Level Additional Product 3 Year Acquired year 1- 2 szt. lub produkt równoważny; 2)Exchange Server Enterprise Single License/Software Assurance Pack Open Value No Level Additional Product 3 Year Acquired year 1 - 4 szt. lub produkt równoważny; 3) Exchange Standard CAL Single License/Software Assurance Pack Open Value No Level Additional Product User CAL User CAL 3 Year Acquired year - 1700 szt. lub produkt równoważny; 4. Warunki równoważności wskazane są w OPZ.
