1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego, nieużywanego i sprawnego technicznie sprzętu komputerowego wraz z oprogramowaniem oraz zobowiązaniem do świadczenia usługi napraw gwarancyjnych dotyczących zamawianego sprzętu, dla placówek obsługiwanych przez Miejskie Biuro Finansów Oświaty m. st. Warszawy (MBFO), z podziałem na dwie części. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony jest na 2 części i obejmuje dostawę sprzętu komputerowego wraz z oprogramowaniem i usługą gwarancyjną tj.: 1) Część 1 - dostawa 431 szt. komputerów szkolnych dla uczniów i nauczycieli, stacjonarnych, typu All- in-One wraz z oprogramowaniem i usługą gwarancyjną, w skład której wchodzi: a) 389 szt. - komputerów stacjonarnych typu All -in-One typ I (objętych stawką 0% VAT), b) 41 szt. - komputerów stacjonarnych typu All -in-One typ I (objętych stawką 23% VAT), c) 1 szt. - komputer stacjonarny typu All -in-One typ II, (objęty stawką 0% VAT,) 2) Część 2 - dostawa 58 szt. laptopów szkolnych dla uczniów i nauczycieli wraz z oprogramowaniem i usługą gwarancyjną w skład której wchodzi: a) 54 szt. - Laptopów typ I, (objętych stawką 23% VAT), b) 4 szt. - Laptopów typ II, (objętych stawką 23% VAT),  zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia) i załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ (formularz cenowy). 1) Część 1 - dostawa 431 szt. komputerów szkolnych dla uczniów i nauczycieli, stacjonarnych, typu All- in-One wraz z oprogramowaniem i usługą gwarancyjną, w skład której wchodzi: a) 389 szt. - komputerów stacjonarnych typu All -in-One typ I (objętych stawką 0% VAT), b) 41 szt. - komputerów stacjonarnych typu All -in-One typ I (objętych stawką 23% VAT), c) 1 szt. - komputer stacjonarny typu All -in-One typ II, (objęty stawką 0% VAT,) 1 zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia) i załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ (formularz cenowy).; 2) Część 2 - dostawa 58 szt. laptopów szkolnych dla uczniów i nauczycieli wraz z oprogramowaniem i usługą gwarancyjną w skład której wchodzi: a) 54 szt. - Laptopów typ I, (objętych stawką 23% VAT), b) 4 szt. - Laptopów typ II, (objętych stawką 23% VAT), - zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia) i załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ (formularz cenowy).
