Travaux principaux Chambers Institution Peebles

The Chambers Institution project involves the refurbishment and adaptation of parts of the Category A Listed Chambers Institution in Peebles to create an integrated museum, library and art gallery, together with a new accessible arrival space. The works will improve accessibility through the installation of a new lift, enhance visitor facilities, upgrade building services, improve fire safety, and reconfigure internal spaces to ensure the building remains accessible, sustainable and fit for community use while preserving its historic character. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
