Description
Sør-Varanger municipality hereby announces its intention to enter into a contract for a comprehensive digital system for processing excavation messages, including: Public portal for submitting and following up excavation and work applications. Trade and case processing portal for the municipality's treatment and inspections. Module for cable detection and handling requests from external actors Module for work notification, including map solutions, certification and document handling Functionality for communication, deviation registration and reporting. The system shall support the municipality ́s authority role and ensure effective, traceable and safe treatment of excavation messages and related services.
