Description

Trondheim municipality with joint venture partners, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, is working on acquiring a new Main Bank Agreement, valid from 01.05.2027. We would, thus, like to establish a contact point dialogue before the competition. Whether the dialogue dialogue will take place in writing with an introductory round (first question/answer), then the hearings and/or questions that we publish as additional information under the "Communication" tab. There will be relatively short reply deadlines, and replies received after the deadlines cannot be expected to be taken into account in the work with the procurement. In some cases it may also be necessary to contact one or several tenderers, e.g. for further clarifications or additional information. ScheduleWe plan for the following progress in the procurement: Week 6-9: Market dialogue - first question/ answerUke 10-17: First revision of requirements, criteria and contract provisions Week 19: Consultation round 1Uke 20-22: Other revisions of requirements, criteria and contract provisions Week 24: Hearing round 2Uke 25-26: Third revision of requirements, criteria and contract provisionsUke 34: Announcement of competition (NB: May also be +/- 28, but with an extra long tender deadline). The tender documentation from 2020 Attached are the requirements, criteria and contract terms that were used in 2020. These will be the basis for many questions, particularly the first questions/answers. First question/answerIn the first run, we would like feedback on the questions in the attached document called Answer Form - Market Dialogue - Main Bank Agreement - first question/answer.
