This opportunity is for roofing & drainage works at Newington Primary School, Annan.
The works include replacing existing flat and pitched roof coverings to ensure future wind and water tightness, repairing below-ground drainage and demolishing a two-class room portacabin with associated ground reinstatement.

As part of your response within the Technical Envelope, bidders will be requested to commit to delivery of community benefits in accordance with the methodology outlined in the tender documents.
