Algemene informatie Universiteit Maastricht De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) staat in binnen- en buitenland bekend om haar unieke onderwijssysteem: het probleemgestuurde onderwijs (PGO). Bovendien profileert de UM zich door de sterk internationale oriëntatie. Een toenemend aantal studenten uit zowel heel Nederland als ook het buitenland kiest voor het Maastrichtse systeem. De UM is de jongste universiteit van Nederland en groeit snel. Er zijn momenteel ongeveer 20.000 studenten en 5.000 medewerkers. Algemene info organisatie MUMC+ Het Maastricht UMC+ heeft nationaal en internationaal een unieke profilering. De 'plus' in de naam staat voor de integratie van geneeskunde én gezondheidswetenschappen in de zorgketen. Het Maastricht Universitair Medisch Centrum+ heeft drie taken: patiëntenzorg, onderzoek en onderwijs en opleiding. Het Maastricht UMC+ behandelt patiënten met alle mogelijke aandoeningen: van eenvoudig tot zeer complex. Dat behelst niet alleen basispatiëntenzorg, maar met name bijzondere patiëntenzorg: topreferente en topklinische zorg. Het Maastricht UMC+ is aangesloten bij de NFU, de Nederlandse Federatie van Universitair Medische Centra (zie ook: www.nfu.nl). Aanleiding van de Tender De Universiteit Maastricht en het Maastricht UMC+ hebben behoefte aan een software oplossing voor het beheren van toegangspassen en het autoriseren van alle fysieke toegangsrechten die gelinkt zijn aan een toegangspas. Beschrijving van de Opdracht De opdracht omvat levering, implementatie en onderhoud van een Physical Identity & Access Management / Card Management System en de INPUT- en OUTPUT-koppelingen, inclusief training en support. Doel en beoogd resultaat van de Tender Het doel van deze Tender is om een toekomstbestendige oplossing te selecteren die aansluit bij de functionele en technische eisen van UM en MUMC, werkprocessen optimaliseert en voldoet aan geldende wet- en regelgeving. Het betreft het aangaan van een Overeenkomst met één partij voor de periode van 8 jaar met de optie om deze overeenkomst driemaal te verlengen met 2 jaar (totale contractduur 14 jaar). Hulp nodig?
