Vijzelgrachtgarage Overige Scope contract C2 Korte beschrijving project: Gemeente Amsterdam is voornemens om de grootste volautomatische parkeergarage(circa 250 pp) van Nederland te bouwen. Voor dit uniek project in de binnenstad van Amsterdam, is de gemeente op zoek naar twee contractpartijen die als partners gaan samenwerken. Een aannemer die sterk is in het sturen op proces en die, samen met een creatieve VAB-leverancier, een efficiënte VAB-installatie kan realiseren. De locatie van de garage bevindt zich in de bestaande casco ruimte boven metrostation Vijzelgracht. Het werk omvat de realisatie van de volgende scope: - realiseren van lifthuizen op maaiveld; - het aanpassen en opnieuw aanleggen van de maaiveldinrichting na realisatie maaiveldcomponenten volautomatische autoberging; - het ondersteunen van het projectteam bij het inkopen en realiseren van een Vol Automatische Autoberging (contract AI 2018-0218); - het ondersteunen van het projectteam bij het inkopen en realiseren van de benodigde gebouwinstallaties t.b.v. de autoberging w.o.: * elektrische installaties incl. voeding Liander (E-installaties); * werktuigbouwkundige installaties (W-installaties); * brandmelding installaties (BMI); * alarm Ontruiming Installaties. (AOI);
