Description
The contracting authority intends to procure expert services for the maintenance and operational support of the CPVO’s Oracle database environment.
The contractor will be required to provide specialised technical assistance, including regular system health checks, proactive performance monitoring, incident analysis and resolution, and recommendations for preventive or corrective measures. The objective is to ensure the continuity, stability, reliability, security and optimal performance of the Oracle database environment supporting the CPVO’s business operations.
