Cost Benefit Analysis, Energy Demand Forecasting and project Support Preparation, development, implementation and continuous improvement of policy, systems and procedures required to implement BIM. Fulfil BIM/information related roles. Collate project information and generate outputs and deliverables Analyse and interpret data against project requirements. Maintenance of the asset information model, including libraries and catalogues. Training Services. Quality Assurance and Auditing services/; Support cost benefit analysis for European Projects of Common Interest (PCI) process. Provide off site or in-house support to develop or build energy forecasting modelling and validation of energy forecast models. Write or provide report writing support, presentations to support business case or project/programme development and progression. Innovation support to project development and strategy development.; Including but not limited to; Assistance in all aspects of material/equipment procurement. Material Failure Investigation. Supplier technical audit. Metallurgical and Welding expertise. Corrosion and Coating services, Training & Technology Transfer Mechanical Testing, NDT and destructive testing; Including but not limited to; Material/component failure investigation. Stress Analysis and Finite Element Analysis. Maximum Operating Pressure (MOP) reviews Quantitative, Qualitative & other risk assessments, audits and analysis. Technical Audits. ALARP assessments, ALOPA studies. Hazard area studies, HAZID, HAZOP, Functional Safety etc. Defect assessment and reporting.; Provision of Surveying Services; Topographical Surveying. Terrestrial Laser Scanning. Buried Utility Detection and Mapping. Airborne Multi-Sensory Surveying. Provision of outputs from the survey data including 3D Models, cloud files, 2D drawings & maps.
