Description
This Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency notice, acknowledges that Trinity College proposes to renew a contract for 4 years with Planon Software. This continuation in licensing, maintenance and support is the the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). The existing system was implemented following an EU level competitive tendering process. The IWMS delivers an integrated solution for all aspects of workplace management including but not limited to : Spatial Data Service Desk Maintenance Time Recording Reporting Asset Register Stock Control Facilities Management Mobile Solution User Apps Asbestos Register
