Construction of a new multi-functional building including classrooms, an assembly hall and a lecture room (2,543 m²); a new workshop building (199 m²); a new pedestrian bridge across the River Ruibhe (26 m²); a new street-level car park and new bus drop-off point (1,527 m²); relocation and upgrading works to the junction at the access to Tearmann Ainnín and relocation works to a pedestrian crossing (Road: R336); a new car park entrance junction from Road L52030; and all associated hard landscaping, landscaping, and above-ground and underground services required.
