Ukraine received the Credit No. 7748-UA from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) to finance the Delivering Resilient Infrastructure in Vulnerable Environments in Ukraine (DRIVE) Project and intends to use a part of proceeds to cover the costs of the Contract No. RFQ-DRV-S2 “Installation of Two Emergency Modular Road Bridges over Vorona River at km 31+180 of Public Road of National Importance M-22 Poltava - Oleksandriia and over Artopolot River at km 5+320 of Public Road of National Importance T-17-05 Lokhvytsia - Hadiach - Okhtyrka - checkpoint "Velyka Pysarivka", Poltava Region”. 2. The State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine invites eligible service providers (i.e., service providers who are not subject to restrictive measures (sanctions) imposed in accordance with CMU Resolutions No. 187 dated March 3, 2022, and No. 1178 dated October 12, 2022) to submit their quotations. The expected duration of the services for installation of two modular bridges is 5 (five) months from the Contract signing date. 3. The Bank requires compliance with the Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its prevailing sanctions policies and procedures, as outlined in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework. In further compliance with this policy, service providers shall permit and require their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, sub-consultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to permit the Bank to inspect all invoices, records and other documents relating to the Request for Quotations and execution of the Contract (in case of award), as well as for their verification by auditors appointed by the Bank. 4.
