The Moldova Energy Projects Implementation Unit (MEPIU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the or the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Individual Heat Substations and associated piping for public buildings in the Chisinau District Heating system. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Moldova Energy Projects Implementation Unit (MEPIU) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 local time at the address given below. The Bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of: • EUR 50.00 (fifty Euro, 00 eurocents) net of bank charges , in the case of electronical distribution (via e- mail) of the bidding document, or • MDL 2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred Moldovan Lei, 00 bani) net of bank charges , in the case of collection of printed bidding document from the MEPIU office at the address stated below, or • EUR 250.00 (two hundred fifty Euro, 00 eurocents) net of bank charges , in the case of courier delivery of the printed bidding document.
