Description
The Technology Development Fund (Tækniþróunarsjóður) ID no. 700404-4630 and KLAK ID no. 440500-2690 intend to do a horizontal public contract in accordance to paragraph 3 of article 13 of the Public Procurement Act no. 120/2016 (PPA). The contract will include the Technology Development Fund buying professional consultation for entrepreneurial projects that are being supported by grants from the fund. Please note that for the sake of completing this notice, Technology Development Fund (Tækniþróunarsjóður) is listed as buyer and KLAK as tenderer. However as this description and justification (further into notice) say, there was no tender. This is a public contract between two public entities.
